§ 29.1-305.1. Bonus deer permits.

The Board shall establish by regulation a procedure for selling bonus deerpermits. Each bonus deer permit purchased shall entitle the holder thereofto take additional deer under conditions prescribed by the Board. The costof a bonus deer permit shall be set by the Board but shall not exceed the feecharged for the special license to hunt bear, deer and turkey, as prescribedunder § 29.1-305. Clerks and license agents who sell hunting licenses shallsell bonus deer permits and shall be entitled to a service fee as prescribedin § 29.1-332.
