§ 29.1-309.2. Special lifetime trapping license for senior citizens.

Any resident who is 65 years of age or older may apply for and receive fromthe Department, for a fee of $10 or as subsequently revised by the Boardpursuant to § 29.1-103, a special lifetime trapping license. Such a personshall provide proof of his age acceptable to the Director.
