§ 29.1-313. Issuance of licenses for use of patients in certain stateinstitutions.

The Director shall have authority to issue at the regular fee, up totwenty-five state resident licenses to fish in the name of any stateinstitution operated by the Department of Behavioral Health and DevelopmentalServices for use by patients of the institution.
