§ 29.1-342. Floating blinds.

Floating blinds shall mean floating blinds permitted by law in the publicwaters. They may be used in any position in public waters at differentlocations from day to day if the blind is anchored the required distance fromany other blind, unless agreed otherwise between the parties. Licenses forfloating blinds shall be limited to two floating blinds in any one season, toany one applicant.
