§ 29.1-350. Exemption from application of article.

The provisions of this article shall not apply to the shores and publicwaters and marshes of Accomack and Northampton Counties. However, in thoselocalities no person shall hunt migratory waterfowl, whether from a blind orotherwise, without having obtained a season license to hunt.
