§ 29.1-358. Localities to report claims and reimbursements.

Any locality establishing a damage stamp program pursuant to the provisionsof this article, including those localities previously authorized to adoptsuch an ordinance prior to July 1, 1981, shall ensure that annual reports ofall damage claims made and the amount of reimbursement therefor are made tothe Department of Game and Inland Fisheries.
