§ 29.1-410. Disposition of funds.

The funds derived from the sale of the special permits shall be used by theDirector for game and fish management purposes within the national forests inthis Commonwealth, or, in the discretion of the Board, shall be paid into theUnited States treasury as a cooperative deposit for use of the United StatesForest Service for game and fish management purposes within the nationalforests in Virginia.
