§ 29.1-504. Annual publication of laws and regulations.

All laws relating to hunting, fishing and trapping, together with theregulations of the Board, of both general and local application, shall bepublished annually by the Department in a handbook or pamphlet. The courts ofthe Commonwealth shall take judicial notice of all laws and regulationscontained in such publication.
