§ 29.1-707. Records.

All records of the Department made or kept pursuant to this section shall bepublic records and shall be open for inspection subject to conditions theBoard may prescribe. The Director shall furnish, without cost, the annuallists of boat registrations, as of January 1, to the commissioners of revenueof each county or city, except that the Director shall not send the lists toany commissioner who requests that he not receive them.
