§ 29.1-723. Certificate to show security interests.

The Department, upon receiving an application for a certificate of title to awatercraft showing security interests upon the watercraft, shall, uponissuing the certificate of title to the owner, show upon the face of thecertificate of title all security interests in the order of their priority asshown in the application.
