§ 3.2-1009. Virginia birch declared endangered species.

Virginia birch or round-leaf birch, Betula uber of the Betulaceae family, ishereby declared an endangered species as defined herein and is subject to theprovisions of this chapter to preserve those specimens known to occur in theCommonwealth.
