§ 3.2-1202. Apple Board membership terms.

The terms for appointments to the Apple Board shall be for three years.

If a vacancy occurs before the expiration of any term of office, theCommissioner shall fill such vacancy within 30 days after the vacancy by aspecial election held to elect a member for the unexpired term.
