§ 3.2-1707. Fees to be assessed; State Veterinarian to collect.
A fee of $1.50 shall be assessed on each equine infectious anemia testperformed on samples collected in the Commonwealth. Such fees shall becollected by the State Veterinarian for deposit into the Virginia HorseIndustry Promotion and Development Fund established by § 3.2-1704.
