§ 3.2-1813. Records to be kept by handlers.

Every handler shall keep a complete record of the potatoes subject to theprovisions of this chapter that have been packed, processed, or handled byhim for a period of time not less than three years from the time the potatoeswere packed, processed, or handled. The records shall be open to theinspection of the Commissioner and shall be established and maintained asrequired by the Commissioner.
