§ 3.2-1903. Peanut Board officers and compensation.

A. The Peanut Board shall elect one of its members as chairman and such otherofficers as deemed appropriate.

B. Members of the Peanut Board shall serve without compensation but theyshall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in attending meetings of thePeanut Board.
