§ 3.2-2303. Soybean Board officers and compensation.

A. The Soybean Board shall elect a chairman and such other officers as deemedappropriate.

B. Members of the Soybean Board shall not receive compensation for attendanceat meetings of the Soybean Board, but shall be reimbursed for actual expensesincurred in such attendance.
