§ 3.2-2308. Persons eligible to vote.

Each producer who sold soybeans during the past three years next precedingthe date of the referendum held pursuant to this chapter shall be eligible tovote in such referendum, provided that he shall so certify on forms thatshall be prepared by the Board. Any person meeting such requirements shall beeligible to vote in the referendum, but no person shall be required to be aqualified voter in other respects.
