§ 3.2-3212. Licenses generally.

The Commission may require all distributors in any market designated by theCommission to be licensed by the Commission for the purpose of carrying outthe provisions of this chapter. The Commission may decline to grant alicense, or may suspend or revoke a license already granted upon due noticeand after a hearing. The Commission may classify licenses, and may issuelicenses to distributors to process or store or sell milk to a particularcity or to a particular market within the Commonwealth.
