§ 3.2-3214. Unlawful buying and selling.

No distributor in a market covered by the provisions of this chapter shallbuy milk from producers, or others, for sale within the Commonwealth, or sellor distribute milk within the Commonwealth, unless the distributor is dulylicensed under the provisions of this chapter. It shall be unlawful for adistributor to buy milk from or sell milk to a distributor who is notlicensed as required by this chapter. It shall be unlawful for anydistributor to deal in, or handle milk if such distributor has reason tobelieve it has previously been dealt in, or handled, in violation of theterms and provisions of this chapter.
