§ 3.2-3614. Commercial value.

For the purpose of determining the commercial value to be applied in makingassessments for variance from guarantee, the Commissioner shall determine thevalues per unit of total nitrogen (N), available phosphate (P205), solublepotash (K20), and micronutrients in fertilizers in the Commonwealth.
