§ 3.2-3707. Inspection, sampling, and analysis.

A. The Commissioner shall sample, inspect, analyze, and test liming materialdistributed within the Commonwealth to determine whether such liming materialis in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The Commissioner mayenter upon any public or private premises during operating hours, or anycarrier, in order to have access to liming material that is subject to theprovisions of this chapter and regulations hereunder, and to the recordsrelating to its distribution.

B. The Commissioner shall distribute the results of official analyses ofliming material and portions of official samples of liming material asprovided in regulations.
