§ 3.2-3715. Prohibited acts; penalty.

A. It is unlawful to:

1. Sell or offer to sell any liming material unless it complies withprovisions of this chapter;

2. Sell or offer for sale liming material that contains toxic materials inquantities injurious to plants or animals; and

3. Hinder or obstruct in any way the Commissioner in the performance of hisofficial duties.

B. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a Class3 misdemeanor.
