§ 3.2-3805. Inspections upon request.

Any person may apply to the Commissioner for an inspection certificate. Theapplicant shall agree to pay the expenses incurred by the Commissioner, whomay respond to the applicant at his discretion. The Commissioner shall issuean inspection certificate upon successful completion of the inspection andthe payment of inspection expenses.
