§ 3.2-3807. Eradication and control measures.

The Commissioner may order the owner or custodian of any infested nurserystock or plant products for sale or distribution to take eradication andcontrol measures. The owner or custodian shall promptly carry out the orderof the Commissioner. The Commissioner may take the eradication or controlmeasures required by the order if the owner or custodian refuses or neglectsto carry out the order.
