§ 3.2-3809. Seizure and disposition of nursery stock or plant products forsale or distribution.

Any nursery stock or plant products for sale or distribution shall be subjectto seizure on complaint of the Commissioner to the appropriate court. If thecourt finds the nursery stock or plant products for sale or distribution tobe in violation of this chapter and orders condemnation, such nursery stockor plant products shall be seized, destroyed, treated, or returned to thepoint of origin at the owner's expense.
