§ 3.2-3916. Products registered as single pesticide.

Products that: (i) have the same formula; (ii) are manufactured by the sameperson; (iii) include labelings with the same claims; and (iv) beardesignations identifying the products as the same pesticide may be registeredas a single pesticide without an additional fee.
