§ 3.2-3926. Records.
A. As a condition of obtaining or renewing a license, each pesticide businessrequired to be licensed shall maintain records as required by the Board.
B. The Board may require the submission of records from a licensed pesticidebusiness. Failure to submit a record requested by the Board is a ground forlicense revocation.
