§ 3.2-3928. Licensing of pesticide bulk storage facilities.

The Board shall establish by regulation specific requirements for thelicensing of a pesticide business that mixes, stores, or otherwise handlespesticides in bulk quantities. For the purposes of this section, bulkquantity shall not include containers approved for transportation ininterstate commerce by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
