§ 3.2-3934. Reciprocal agreement.

The Commissioner may issue a certificate on a reciprocal basis to anonresident who is licensed or certified in another state or by a federalagency substantially in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. Sucha certificate may be suspended or revoked as other certifications issuedhereunder, and may be suspended or revoked if the nonresident's base state orfederal certification is suspended or revoked.
