§ 3.2-4012. Stop sale order.

The Commissioner shall issue and enforce a written or printed stop sale orderto the owner or custodian of any lot of agricultural, vegetable, flower, treeand shrub, lawn and turf seed, mixtures of such seeds, or screenings if hefinds a violation of any provision of this article. The stop sale order shallprohibit further sale of such seeds, mixtures of seeds, or screenings untilthe Commissioner has evidence of compliance. The owner or custodian shallhave the right to judicial review in accordance with the provisions of theAdministrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.). The issuance of a stop saleorder shall not limit the right of the Commissioner to pursue further remedy.
