§ 3.2-4023. Compensation and expenses.

The members of the Board shall serve without compensation, but shall bereimbursed for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in theperformance of their duties as provided in § 2.2-2825. Funding for the costsof expenses of the members shall be provided by the Certified Seed Board.Expenses shall be paid by the Treasurer, on warrants of the Comptroller, andissued on vouchers signed by the chairman of the Certified Seed Board or hisdesignee.
