§ 3.2-4025. Regulations.

The Certified Seed Board may adopt regulations after a public hearing andinvestigation. At least 15 days prior to the public hearing, the CertifiedSeed Board shall publish a notice of the general object, time, and place in anewspaper of general circulation published in the City of Richmond, togetherwith any other dissemination of notice as is deemed advisable.
