§ 3.2-4100. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires a different meaning:

"Approved seed potatoes" means disease-free potatoes and parts thereof thatconform to the standards established by the Seed Potato Board.

"Seed potatoes" means potatoes and parts thereof intended for propagationor for the production of commercial potatoes.
