§ 3.2-4104. Powers and duties of the Seed Potato Board.

The Seed Potato Board shall have the following powers and duties:

1. Adopt regulations to establish standards for seed potatoes and to carryout the provisions of this chapter; and

2. At the recommendation of the chairman, request that the Commissioner, theDean of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Virginia PolytechnicInstitute and State University, the chairman of the Certified Seed Board, andthe Director of the Eastern Shore Agricultural Research and Extension Centerat Painter appoint representatives to advise the Seed Potato Board.
