§ 3.2-4210. Escrow fund information.

The Attorney General at any time may require a nonparticipating manufacturerto provide proof from the financial institution in which such manufacturerhas established a qualified escrow fund for the purpose of compliance withArticle 1 (§ 3.2-4200 et seq.) of this chapter of the amount of money in andthe dates of deposits to such fund being held on behalf of the Commonwealthand listing the amounts and dates of all withdrawals from such fund.
