§ 3.2-4213. Notice and review of determination.
A determination of the Attorney General to not list or to remove from theDirectory a brand family or tobacco product manufacturer shall be subject toreview in the manner prescribed by the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000et seq.).
