§ 3.2-4217. Disgorgement of profits for violations.

If a court determines that a person has violated this article, the courtshall order any profits, gain, gross receipts or other benefit from theviolation to be disgorged and paid to the Treasurer of the Commonwealth.Unless otherwise expressly provided, the remedies or penalties provided bythis article are cumulative to each other and to the remedies or penaltiesavailable under all other laws of the Commonwealth.
