§ 3.2-4413. Costs of administering chapter.

Normal costs of administering this law shall be borne by the Commonwealth.Costs for services, products, or articles beyond the scope of the law arereimbursable and payable to the Treasurer of Virginia by the personsaffected. The Commissioner shall promptly credit reimbursements to the fundfrom which originally expended.
