§ 3.2-4600. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires a different meaning:

"Controlled atmosphere storage" or "CA" means any storage warehouseconsisting of one or more rooms in any one facility in which atmosphere gasesare controlled in their amount and in degrees of temperature for the purposeof controlling the condition and maturity of fruit.

"Fruit" means any apples and peaches.
