§ 3.2-4604. Owner or buyer may apply for inspection and certification offruits.

Any owner or, with the consent of the owner, a proposed buyer of any fruits,subject to the provisions of this chapter may apply to the Commissioner forinspection and certification that such fruits meet the requirements providedfor in this chapter or regulations adopted hereunder.
