§ 3.2-4608. Inspection and certification of fruit by Commissioner.

It is unlawful for any person to place or stamp the letters "CA" or asimilar designation in conjunction with a number upon any container orsubcontainer of any fruits, unless:

1. The Commissioner has inspected such fruits and validated a certificatestating their condition, that they were stored in a warehouse registeredunder the provisions of this chapter and that they meet all otherrequirements of this chapter or regulations adopted hereunder; and

2. A certificate number and certificate date is affixed to all shippingdocuments.
