§ 3.2-4612. Actions to enjoin violations.

The Commissioner may bring an action to enjoin the violation or threatenedviolation of any provision of this chapter or any regulation adoptedhereunder in the circuit court having jurisdiction in the county or citywhere such violation occurs or is about to occur, notwithstanding theexistence of any other remedies of law.
