§ 3.2-4716. Bond not required for certain auction sales of livestock.

No bond shall be required of any person operating a livestock auction marketor stockyard that has been posted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture andis being operated under and pursuant to the terms and provisions of thePackers and Stockyards Act of 1921 (42 Stat. 159), as amended.
