§ 3.2-4728. Appeal from orders and actions of Commissioner.

Any action of the Commissioner: (i) entering any order pursuant to subsectionB of § 3.2-4722; (ii) refusing to grant a license; (iii) revoking a licensealready granted to a commission merchant; or (iv) refusing to renew alicense, shall be subject to the right of appeal in accordance with theprovisions of the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.).
