§ 3.2-4762. Commissioner's authority to investigate.

The Commissioner may conduct investigations relative to the complaint ormatter being investigated, and he shall have free and unimpeded access duringnormal business hours to all buildings, yards, warehouses, storage andtransportation facilities in which grain is kept, stored, handled, ortransported, or where records of grain transactions are kept.
