§ 3.2-4811. Fee for late payment of assessments.

Any manufacturer or guarantor who does not pay an assessment for variancefrom label guarantee within 60 days shall pay to the Commissioner a latepayment fee of 10 percent of the assessment or $50, whichever is greater, inaddition to the assessment for variance from label guarantee.
