§ 3.2-4901. Exemptions from chapter.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the compounding ordispensing of veterinarians' prescriptions, nor the dispensing of drugs orpreparations by registered pharmacists compounded at the request of thepurchaser and not intended for resale, nor shall such provisions apply to anyanimal remedy sold exclusively to or used exclusively by licensedveterinarians.
