§ 3.2-4903. Refusal or revocation of registration.

The Commissioner may refuse to issue any certificate of registration to anyapplicant, if available facts indicate that the product proposed forregistration is of negligible or no value in correcting, alleviating, ormitigating animal injuries or diseases for which it is intended. TheCommissioner may suspend or revoke any registration for violation of anyprovision of this chapter.
