§ 3.2-4910. Use of information acquired by Commissioner or employees ofDepartment.

The Commissioner or any employee of the Department shall not use or revealinformation acquired under §§ 3.2-4902 and 3.2-4909 except in the enforcementof this chapter, or to the courts, when relevant in any judicial proceeding.
