§ 3.2-4911. Publication of information by Commissioner.

The Commissioner may publish at such times and in such forms as he may deemproper, information concerning the sales of animal remedies, together withdata on their production and use, and a report of the results of the analysesof official samples of animal remedies sold within the Commonwealth ascompared with the analyses guaranteed in the registration and on the label.The information concerning production and use of animal remedies shall notdisclose the operations of any person.
